Laketown
Laketown is a small town near the south end of Bear Lake, close to Rendezvous Beach and the junction of SR-30 and the east-shore Cisco Road. It is home to North Rich Elementary and Rich Middle School. Properties range from in-town homes to larger rural and ranch parcels, with lake recreation a few minutes away.
